Deputies with Whitley County Sheriff’s Department are asking residents in the Emlyn Community who have security cameras to review footage for suspicious activity between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. on Sunday morning, Jan. 22.
Police say they are looking for evidence of a burglary that happened at Jones’ Pit Stop.
Preliminary investigation indicates a suspect in dark clothes broke into the gas station and stole several items used in vape products, then fled on foot.
Lieutenant Wayne Bird continues to investigate.
