"Operation Cupid" continues; two more arrested

According to Laurel County Sheriff's Office, Follow-up arrests are ongoingly related to "Operation Cupid," a drug investigation conducted by Knox County Sheriff's Office and Laurel County Sheriff's Office this week.

Additional arrests included:

• Audra Quinn Hunt, age 40 of Hickory Ln., East Bernstadt, charged on a Laurel District Court warrant of arrest obtained by Deputy Justin Taylor charging possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – second offense – methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia.

•  Cody J. Poff, age 27 of Ky 6, Corbin charged on a Knox District Court bench warrant of arrest charging possession of a controlled substance – second-degree.

Both were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.

Laurel County Sheriff John Root stated drug investigations and arrests would continue in Laurel County.

More arrests are expected on "Operation Cupid." 11 in total were arrested this week.
