A case involving a Williamsburg man accused of fatally shooting a man at a Whitley County residence is now headed to the grand jury.
Martin A. Canada, 48, appeared before Judge White in Whitley District Court on Monday, Sept. 26, where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing on one charge of Murder.
