Deputies with the London Police Department announced a “significant” drug bust on I-75 on Saturday, July 16.
According to London Police Department’s Facebook page, passersby noticed two men who looked like they were passed out in a car in front of the Murphy Oil station on KY-192.

“Two out-of-state suspected drug dealers picked the wrong I-75 exit at which to take a drug-induced nap Saturday,” the Facebook post stated.
Their identities were not revealed. However, the two men were taken to the Laurel County Correctional Center on several charges. While two dogs were found in the car, they were taken to the Laurel County Animal Shelter.
Officers who assisted in the investigation were: Dylan Hampton, Cody Faulconer, Blake Evans, and Sgt. Elbert Riley, Cpl. Drew Jackson, Cpl. Justin Hopkins, James Williams, and Joey Robinson.
