Knox County Sheriff Mike Smith is reporting the following Enforcement Actions:
On June 23, 2022, SGT Carl Frith arrested Jacob Jones, age 30, of Manchester, KY, on a Kentucky Parole Board Warrant for a Parole Violation charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On June 24, 2022, Deputy Sam Mullins arrested Lisa Garland, age 50, of Gray, KY, on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to pay the fine on an Assault-4th Degree charge. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On June 24, 2022, SGT Carl Frith arrested Noela Bolton, age 41, of Barbourville, KY on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to pay the fine on a Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-under $500 charge. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On June 24, 2022, SGT Carl Frith arrested Christopher Stanley, age 43, of Barbourville, KY, on a Laurel County Bench Warrant for failure to pay the fines on Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence and Fleeing or Evading Police-2nd Degree charges. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On June 28, 2022, Deputy Jesse Smith was dispatched to a complaint of a vehicle being taken without the owner's permission. Deputy Smith located the vehicle on Creek Mart Road in Flat Lick. Deputy Smith arrested Tammy Sparks, age 43, of Barbourville, KY, charging her with the Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. Tammy Sparks was also wanted on two Knox County Bench Warrants for failure to pay the fines on Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence, Fleeing or Evading Police-2nd Degree, and Contempt of Court charges. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On June 28, 2022, Deputy Jesse Smith arrested Howard Mullins, age 55, of Corbin, KY, on three Knox County Bench Warrants for failure to pay the fines on Assault-4th Degree, Criminal Trespassing-3rd Degree, Contempt of Court, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance charges. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On July 2, 2022, Deputy Sam Mullins arrested Jason Lambdin, age 40, of Rockholds, KY, on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on a Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-under $500 charge. He was also wanted on a Warren County Bench Warrant for failure to comply with pretrial diversion order on a Possession of Controlled Substance-1st Degree charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On July 2, 2022, Deputy Jesse Smith arrested Brett Barrett, age 38, of Barbourville, KY, on two Knox County Bench Warrants for failure to make restitution on a Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-under $500 charge and failure to pay the fines on Criminal Trespassing-3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief-2nd Degree and Public Intoxication/Controlled Substance charges. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
On July 3, 2022, Deputy Jesse Smith arrested James M Ohler, age 60, Gray, KY, on a Knox County Bench Warrant for failure to appear on a Criminal Trespassing-3rd Degree and Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition-under $500 charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
