The South Laurel Cardinals were coming off a big win over Harlan County on Monday, March 28, but couldn’t make it back-to-back wins as they fell to Somerset 8-3 on Tuesday.
The Cardinals snapped a two-game skid on Monday with a 7-2 win at Harlan County. Now they will hit the road as they travel to Hazard on Thursday and McCreary Central on Friday.
South Laurel will make the trip to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where they are scheduled to play four games in five days. They will be back in action at home on April 11 as they host Corbin.
