Barbourville City Council approves the annual budget

Barbourville City Council met in regular session on Tuesday night, January 11.

Mayor David Thompson was unable to attend due to being diagnosed with COVID-19.

Barbourville City Council approved:

• Minutes for Special Called Meeting on November 4, 2021

• Ordinance 2022-1: An ordinance amending the June 30, 2022, annual budget

"An ordinance amending the city of Barbourville annual budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022" Total revenue in cash = $6,661,756 effective immediately

• Ordinance 2022-2: An ordinance adopting a supplement to the code of ordinances of the city of Barbourville
